1. Services

PrepWai provides an online platform for mock interview practice. Users input job details, experience, and skills to receive relevant questions, followed by scores and evaluations. Tokens (10 tokens for ₹10) are required to access certain features.

2. Payment and Tokens

• Tokens can be purchased at ₹10 for 10 tokens via our payment gateway.
• Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
