Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all PrepWai users. This policy outlines our rules for cancellations and refunds.

1. Token Purchases

Tokens are sold in packs of 10 for ₹10 via our payment gateway. Once purchased, tokens are credited to your account instantly and can be used for mock interviews or other premium features.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Technical Error: If tokens are not credited after a successful payment due to a platform error, we will refund the amount or credit the tokens upon verification.
• Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction due to an error, we will refund the excess amount.
