PrepWai is a digital platform offering online interview preparation services. As such, no physical products are shipped. This policy addresses the delivery of our digital services.

1. Delivery of Services

• Token Delivery: After purchasing tokens (10 tokens for ₹10), they are credited to your PrepWai account instantly upon successful payment confirmation, typically within minutes.
• Mock Interviews: Once tokens are used, mock interview questions are generated and delivered immediately based on your input (job details, experience, skills).

2. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to payment processing issues or technical glitches. If tokens or services are not delivered within 24 hours of payment, contact us for assistance.
